All orders placed by 4.30pm Monday-Thursday will be delivered next day if item is available from stock, orders received on Friday before 4.30pm will be delivered on Monday, excluding bank holidays.
Delivery is free anywhere in the UK * when spending over £50 excluding VAT. Orders below £50 incur a delivery charge of £4.50 for delivery the next working day if its in stock or £3.50 for selecting our "GREEN" delivery option.
Please note Some Furniture Items / First Aid & Safety Supplies / Karcher products may incur a delivery charge from direct from manufacturer warehouse, this will be advised if this occurs.
*Deliveries to: The Isle of Man, Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and The Channel Islands are subject to a minimum delivery charge, please call for this information
Some Furniture orders may incur a delivery charge direct from the manufacturer, This will be advised by Conformation of Order to you once the product and delivery location is advised, also whether Installation is also selected as optional extra, you can call or email for this information.
Should we receive no response from our e-mail we will assume that you wish to accept the goods on the date as specified.
If the delivery date is unacceptable please let us know and we will cancel the backorder and either credit your credit card or, if you are an account customer, you will not be invoiced, if you have been invoiced a credit note will be applied to your account to balance this out.
Please notify us within 3 days should you wish to return any item(s) we have supplied.
If you have a problem with a product that has not been resolved by our Technical Support or Sales Staff, you may be able to return the product to us. Please email us with the below details and we will reply by email within 3 working days with return instructions.

Products must be returned in original packaging. We will not be able to credit products that are damaged due to insufficient packaging as we in turn wont be able to send back to manufacturer.
Food and drink products are non-returnable.
Unwanted products are returnable at the discretion and may be subject to a restocking fee as this may be imposed from manufacturer or brand, also courier collection charge may be imposed if not local to us.
